You contact us and send us the claim. After we receive this info, we will contact you for further info and details.
After notifying the claim and submitting the details, we will contact the relevant party to schedule the assessment or inspection.
After the expertise, a report is made with the findings and the photos taken. This will then be sent to you for checking.
After sending the report, you will have a period to go through and check everything. We will then contact you for consultation and any adjustments that need to be made.
